• Commercial garage door installation and repair
• Custom garage door solutions
• Emergency repair services (7 days a week)
• Garage door spring replacement
• Garage door opener installation and repair
• Preventive maintenance programs
• Garage door upgrades and modernization

4. Business Hours and Emergency Services

Regular Business Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 7 days a week

Emergency Services: Available 24/7 in select service areas. Emergency service rates may apply outside regular business hours.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All pricing is subject to on-site evaluation and may vary based on the specific requirements of each job
• Free estimates are provided for non-emergency services
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Emergency services may incur additional fees

6. Warranty and Guarantees

• We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all services
• Labor warranty periods vary by service type and will be specified at the time of service
• Parts warranties are subject to manufacturer terms
• Warranty claims must be reported within the specified warranty period

7. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Service appointments are subject to availability
• We strive to accommodate emergency requests as quickly as possible
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a service fee

8. Customer Responsibilities

• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our services
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Safety Disclaimer

Garage door systems contain high-tension springs and other components that can cause serious injury or death if handled improperly. Customers should never attempt to repair garage door springs or other high-tension components themselves.
